Minnesota Court of Appeals Judge David Minge (left) led 40 riders through St. Peter on Sunday, Sept. 3, 2006 during the second leg of the Parks & Trails Council's annual three-day bike tour. More than 60 riders joined him on three trips that started at Minneopa State Park and went in different directions each day.
