Minnesota's Parks and Trails Need Your Help

Volunteer opportunities range from trail-clearing expeditions to legislative lobbying to stuffing envelopes. You can work at the "statewide" level with the Parks & Trails Council or support your favorite park or trail by joining one of our many community partner organizations.

• Mailing Assistant - As our membership continues to grow, we need help in thanking all the wonderful contributors. Each week we need assistance folding, assembling, stuffing and sealing new member packets, thank you letters and more. Whether you are interested in helping out every week or a couple of times a month,we want you so give us a call. We are located in Lowertown St. Paul, next to the Farmer's Market, and close to several bus lines. Parking is provided. For more information, please contact Beth Hynes at 651-726-2457.

• Information Booth Assistant - Sign up to spend a couple of hours staffing a Parks & Trails information booth and help Parks & Trails recruit new members. We host booths at a number of major events, including: the Midwest Mountaineering Outdoor Adventure Expos, the Living Green Expo and the Minnesota State Fair.
