While the main news coming out of the State Capitol yesterday was on the historic vote in the House on the same-sex marriage bill, lawmakers are still busy working on a number of bills that impact Minnesota's parks and trails. In addition to the Legacy bill (see P&TC email from 5-9-13), lawmakers are working on: a) the general fund appropriation to the Parks and Trails division of the DNR and b) bonding for state trails.
