Many of us have witnessed the damage that invasive species can do to Minnesota’s wild places, and it can be frustrating to figure out how to control them. Laura Van Riper, Terrestrial Invasive Species Coordinator for the Minnesota DNR, will present on a survey sample of terrestrial invasive species, including advice for preventing their spread and further resources for the interested layperson. Join us on August 29th to learn more about the management of the species that threaten the health of our state’s fragile native ecosystems.
