The Friends of Tettegouche invite you to “Up North” ~ where the dazzling display of creation always inspires! Enjoy the multiple expressions of that inspiration from the artists belonging to the Lake Superior Watercolor Society

The Lake Superior Watercolor Society (LSWS) is a Twin Ports based organization dedicated to the promotion and appreciation of watercolor arts in the area. The group meets monthly to inspire, learn from, and support each other through demonstrations, workshops, guest speakers and critiques. Highlights of the year are two exhibits held at various venues around the region; most recently at the Johnson Heritage Post in Grand Marais, and this upcoming show at Tettegouche State Park!

Since its establishment, membership has been a juried application process. There are currently 40 members of the LSWS from the Duluth and surrounding area, 26 of whom will exhibit in the show. The theme for the show is “Up North”. It will feature scenes from State Parks and wild natural areas along the north shore.

Come meet the artists at the reception on October 7. It’ll be fun!

This show will run through the end of the month.
