This program supports initiatives inspiring everyone to enjoy, love, and conserve the great outdoors. Focus areas include: conserving wildlife and habitat, connecting new audiences to the outdoors, access and advocacy, and military and veterans initiatives.

Application & Review Process

In order to access grant information and the application, interested parties must create an account. Then, a series of questions guides you through grant program criteria.

Funding Amount

Ranges up to more than $10,000

Applicants can apply for grants within these ranges: Up to $500; $500-$2,500; $2,501-$10,000; more than $10,000. Information is not available on whether a match is required.

Land Type & Geography

Project must take place near a Bass Pro Shop, Cabela’s, or Tracker Boating Center location. In Minnesota, stores are found in Brainerd, East Grand Forks, Forest Lake, Owatonna, Rogers, Shakopee, and Woodbury.
