Whitewater State Park
This day-long regional workshop will offer the opportunity for friends group members to network with and learn from each other. Discuss topics like membership, outreach, advocacy, and project planning.
A light breakfast and lunch will be served. Drinking water and coffee will be available.

The meeting space and restroom facilities are handicapped accessible.
The meeting space for this event has not yet been determined.
Each vehicle entering the state park is required to have a state park daily or annual pass. Daily passes can be purchased at the park entrance for $7. Annual permits can be purchased at the park entrance or online for $35.
There will be a parking lot near the meeting space. Don’t forget to carpool!
Cell reception is typically not available in the park. The visitor center has wifi.
What to Bring
- If you chose the “pay later” option, bring a check or cash to pay for registration
- Notetaking implements (paper, pen)
- Money for a state park permit—if you don’t already have one
- If joining the hike, bring a water bottle, snack, clothing appropriate for the weather, etc.
